This notice explains how your personal data is collected, used, transferred and protected when you use CiteLens, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“KVKK”) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the CiteLens service provided by Solustiq. By creating an account or using CiteLens, you agree to these Terms.
Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer (Consumer) when a paid CiteLens subscription is purchased, in accordance with Turkish Law no. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for CiteLens subscriptions. It complements our Distance Sales Agreement and Terms of Service.
