1. Parties & scope

Solustiq Yazılım ve Yapay Zeka Teknolojileri A.Ş. 2. The service

CiteLens is a generative engine optimization (GEO) analytics platform that measures how a brand appears and is cited across AI answer engines, and provides related audits and recommendations. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, verify your email, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members’ use. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, fees & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. Prices and plan limits are shown in the app and on our pricing page. A free plan and a trial may be offered. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or our Cancellation & Refund Policy. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan you select and any applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• resell or expose the service except as permitted by your plan (for example agency/white-label features);
• scrape, overload or abuse the platform or its API.

6. Intellectual property

CiteLens, its software, design and trademarks belong to Solustiq. You retain rights to the content and data you provide; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. Reports and analytics we generate are provided for your internal use.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. AI engines change continuously and results are estimates based on sampling; we do not guarantee specific visibility, ranking or business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. On termination your right to use the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Edirne have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that allow consumers to apply to their local consumer arbitration committee or consumer court.
