Distance Sales Agreement
Last updated: June 20, 2026
This agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer (Consumer) when a paid CiteLens subscription is purchased, in accordance with Turkish Law no. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
1. Seller
Solustiq Yazılım ve Yapay Zeka Teknolojileri A.Ş. (“Solustiq”, “we”), operating the CiteLens service, MERSİS no. 0773094263800001, tax office Arda Vergi Dairesi, tax no. 7730942638, registered at the Edirne Trade Registry. 2. Buyer
The Buyer is the person who creates an account and purchases a subscription, using the name, email and billing details provided at checkout.
3. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the Buyer’s purchase of a subscription to the CiteLens software-as-a-service, with the qualities and price displayed on the pricing page and order screen at the time of purchase. CiteLens is a digital service delivered online.
4. Price & payment
The subscription fee for the selected plan, including applicable taxes, is shown on the order screen before purchase. Payment is taken via our payment provider on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. The Buyer is responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.
5. Performance & delivery
Because CiteLens is an online digital service, access is provided immediately upon successful payment for the duration of the subscription period. There is no physical delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that are performed instantly in electronic form once performance has begun with the consumer’s approval. By starting to use the CiteLens service immediately after purchase, the Buyer requests immediate performance and acknowledges that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal will not apply to the period already served. Where a free trial is offered, the Buyer may evaluate the service before any charge, and may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
7. Cancellation
The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
8. Disputes
For disputes, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
9. Entry into force
This agreement enters into force when the Buyer approves it electronically and completes the order. A copy is available to the Buyer through their account and this page.
