The dashboard
Your AI-visibility command center: one screen that answers “are we visible in AI answers, how does that compare to competitors, and is it moving?”

- 1Lens toggle — switch between Brand mentions (does AI name you) and Domain citations (does AI cite your site).
- 2AI Visibility Score with a 95% Wilson confidence interval — the share of answers where you appear, plus the statistical range.
- 3Mention rate by engine — per-engine appearance rate; the shaded band is the 95% CI, so you can tell real change from noise.
- 4Share of Voice — your visibility against each tracked competitor.
The four headline metrics
- AI Visibility Score — the percentage of tracked answers in which you appear. The 95% CI underneath tells you how reliable that number is given how many answers were sampled.
- Share of Voice — your appearances as a share of all brands’ appearances; ranks you against competitors.
- Avg. Answer Position — when you do appear, how early in the answer you’re mentioned (1.0 is best).
- Sentiment — how positive the language around your brand is across mentions.
Below the headline cards, the Cross-engine mention rate table breaks every brand down by engine, so you can see, for example, that you dominate ChatGPT but trail on Perplexity. That’s where targeted GEO work pays off.
Why the confidence interval matters: a 70% score from 10 answers and a 70% score from 200 answers are not equally trustworthy. The 95% CI shows the real range, so you don’t chase noise between scans.
